| Comments: 07/22/19 Changed the hours to be worked due to heat in the afternoon. Crew working in attic space in Bldg. #100. If you plan a site visit tomorrow. We will be in a site orientation from 7am to 745 am. New hours are 6am-230pm 8/1/19 = Global Pacific has finished phase 1 of the Sifton Elementary School project at 7301 NE 137th Avenue in Vancouver. Phase 2 is scheduled to start at the end of the school year of 2020. We estimate that to be around June 15th 2020. At that time we will complete some small areas of TSI removal in each of the 3 Buildings and Up to 30,000 Sqft of Roofing Materials prior to demolition of the building. I know that the SWCAA allows for a notice to be used for 1 year. We should fall right within that time frame. If it looks like the start date would change on Phase 2, we will cancel this notice and file a new one for the 2020 work. As of now Notice of Intent Case # 19-414 is On Hold. | |
