Comments: 9/11/20 As discussed on the phone in regards to case # 20-568, we were onsite doing preliminary site prep and our field supervisor noticed the site had been disturbed and there wasn’t as much ACM as listed on the survey. We aren’t sure who removed the materials but we wanted to get approval to perform the work today, since we are already onsite and the scope of work is approximately 2 register boot areas totaling less than 10 linear ft./48 square ft. Please let us know how to proceed, and if modifications to the notice are required. BF says "Thank you for the information. You are approved to abate the site today in order to avoid any more site disturbances.No additional forms or payments need to be submitted. Please let me know if you have any other questions." |
