Comments: This was a fire loss that requires the abatement to be completed before the repairs can be completed.
Also I spoke with Mihai over the phone and asked if we would be able to do the project from generators and shut them off at the end of our shift after the work is done for the day. I asked him this because there is no power in the building due to the severity of the fire, and the electricians will not be able to get power in there until the abatement is complete.
