Comments: Home was burned substantially in fire. There is irreversible damage at the property and demolition is necessary. The home is currently vacant with no way to properly secure due to damage creating the risk of squatters entering the property. More so, the home poses serious health risks to anyone who enters the home/area. Due to the fire damage, there is think smoke build up on surfaces throughout the home. If individuals attempted to live in the home in its current state, there would be great risks to their lungs. If fire debris is disturbed without proper preparations, it also poses risk to eyes and respiratory systems in their entirety. At present, there is also risk of debris falling which could cause serious bodily harm to anyone who enters the property. |
