Demolition Method: House is in poor condition and due to water leakes and exposure most of the ACM sheetrock texture and J/C has fallen onto the interior debris of the house. Our plan is to demo with ACM in place and load all debris into lined drop boxes and make burrito wraps for disposal.
Emission Prevention: Water truck onsite at all times misting and spraying debris as it comes from the pile.
ACM Procedures: Post debris removal will include scraping top layer of dirt to also be disposed of as ACM, Post removal / demo inspection by 3rd party consultant.
Comments: This house is in very poor condition and appears to be a previous hoarding scenario. Area monitoring will be performed throughout the process. |
