All public comments submitted to the Southwest Clean Air Agency (SWCAA) via the internet or in writing become public records under the Washington State Public Records Act (RCW 42.17). Information included in the submitted comment, including the commenter's e-mail and mailing address, becomes a public record once it is provided to SWCAA and may be subject to public inspection, copying and placement on the SWCAA website if not protected by federal or state law.

It has come to SWCAA's attention that the proposed Pinnacle Renewable Holdings (Drax) facility in Longview, WA includes certain equipment that has not yet been reviewed by SWCAA. For this reason, SWCAA is withdrawing draft Air Discharge Permit 24-3624. The public hearing originally scheduled for March 28, 2024, will be rescheduled once additional information is received and reviewed by SWCAA.
